Chiffon Cake Recipe Kawaling Pinoy
Combine flour and baking powder in a bowl and set aside.

Preheat oven to 325 f. Set aside to cool. Reduce the flour to 2 cups. Add 1 2 cup cocoa powder and 4 tbsp.
Cook stirring constantly until melted and smooth. In a 1 1 2 quart mixing bowl combine bananas oil egg yolks and vanilla. Gradually add the 1 2 cup sugar and beat until stiff peak forms. Add the remaining 1 2 cup sugar in four additions beating until mixture is stiff and glossy.
Preheat oven to 325 f. Add cup of the sugar and stir until incorporated. With rubber spatula gently fold one fourth of beaten egg whites into batter scrapping bottom of bowl until lightly blended. Add milk cake flour baking powder and vanilla extract to the egg yolk mixture.
In a separate bowl using a hand mixer beat the egg whites until frothy. Beat until batter for about 2 minutes or until smooth. For the chocolate chiffon cake in a small saucepan over medium heat combine chocolate with water and 1 4 cup cocoa powder. Add the milk oil and ube flavoring and stir until combined.
Sift together flour 1 cup of the sugar baking powder and salt into a medium mixing bowl.
